Here at Monia Designs, I create hand-drawn portraits and a custom birth announcements, crafted with heart, warmth, and personality.

Every illustration is tailored to your story — from gentle colors and tiny symbolic details, to elements that reflect Your unique character. Portraits can be watercolour or digital, making them perfect not only as wall art or gifts, but also as invitations, or even nursery decor.

    A beautifully illustrated card to celebrate the arrival of a little one — featuring either a soft watercolor or a vibrant digital illustration, tailored to the chosen style and tone.

    What’s included:

    • Custom illustration printed on high-quality paper

    • Format options: A6, A5, or square (various sizes)

    • Folded card? No problem!

    • First draft (proof) and paper samples provided for approval

    • A simple questionnaire helps clarify all preferences and ideas

    • Ongoing support and clear communication throughout the process


    Please note: envelopes, special printing, and shipping are not included in the base price and are quoted individually.

  • Base price: €350 for two characters
    Extras:

    • €40 — additional character

    • €45 — additional object or hobby detail

    A one-of-a-kind, hand-painted watercolor portrait — full of warmth, personality, and small details that make it truly special. Thoughtfully created to celebrate a family, a moment, or simply the joy of being together.

    What’s included:

    • Original watercolor portrait on high-quality A3 or A3+ paper

    • Two characters included in the base price

    • Personal touches such as floral elements, favorite hobbies, initials or a date

    • A sketch (proof) shared before painting begins, for peace of mind

    • Regular updates throughout the process

    • Careful packaging and secure delivery

    Shipping costs are calculated individually based on destination

How the process works?

1. Let’s begin with your ideas

Scroll down to the order form below and share a few basic details about your idea — just enough for me to understand what you have in mind. Based on this, in 1-2 days I’ll prepare a quote for your piece.

Once you’re happy with the pricing and details, I’ll send you a gentle questionnaire. That’s your moment to share photos, names, dates, and any special elements you’d like to include — like hobbies, flowers, pets, or other meaningful touches.

2. A first draft is created

Based on what you shared, you’ll receive a first sketch (for painted pieces) or a digital preview. This is your moment to review, reflect, and let me know what feels good — and what might need adjusting.

3. Adjustments, if needed

Two rounds of changes are included, giving us time to fine-tune everything until it feels just right. For hand-painted watercolor illustrations, adjustments are easiest during the sketch stage — once painting begins, changes can be very difficult. This part is all about collaboration, making sure the final piece truly reflects your story.

4. Final touches & delivery

Once you’re happy with the design, it’s time to bring it to life. For digital portraits, the final file is sent in high resolution, ready to print or share.

If you’ve ordered a printed version or a hand-painted portrait, it will be carefully packed and shipped to your door.

5. Gentle support throughout

From first message to final delivery — you're not on your own. Questions, special requests or small changes are all welcome. This process is meant to feel kind, warm, and easy — just like the illustrations themselves.
