How the process works?
1. Let’s begin with your ideas
Scroll down to the order form below and share a few basic details about your idea — just enough for me to understand what you have in mind. Based on this, in 1-2 days I’ll prepare a quote for your piece.
Once you’re happy with the pricing and details, I’ll send you a gentle questionnaire. That’s your moment to share photos, names, dates, and any special elements you’d like to include — like hobbies, flowers, pets, or other meaningful touches.
2. A first draft is created
Based on what you shared, you’ll receive a first sketch (for painted pieces) or a digital preview. This is your moment to review, reflect, and let me know what feels good — and what might need adjusting.
3. Adjustments, if needed
Two rounds of changes are included, giving us time to fine-tune everything until it feels just right. For hand-painted watercolor illustrations, adjustments are easiest during the sketch stage — once painting begins, changes can be very difficult. This part is all about collaboration, making sure the final piece truly reflects your story.
4. Final touches & delivery
Once you’re happy with the design, it’s time to bring it to life. For digital portraits, the final file is sent in high resolution, ready to print or share.
If you’ve ordered a printed version or a hand-painted portrait, it will be carefully packed and shipped to your door.
5. Gentle support throughout
From first message to final delivery — you're not on your own. Questions, special requests or small changes are all welcome. This process is meant to feel kind, warm, and easy — just like the illustrations themselves.
